At a few random stop signs greater than 50% of the cars did not come to a complete stop at the signs, at least 20% just rolled through. On Geary (our little freeway) I measured some blocks, did some calculations and used the trusty stopwatch. Speeds for a lot of folks were well above 40 mph on stretches with a lot of rampant cell phone use and texting. This poor lady did not have a chance. Won't even mention the crosswalks.RIP nice lady you have way too folks joining you these days! Recently I did some traffic watching.
