She actually walks on the correct side of the road! I've seen moms with strollers on the other side (going towards the bridge) with the traffic, and that is asking for trouble! If the US Park Police would be out on Lincoln and surroundings, perhaps traffic would be more respectful. I see speeding vehicles all the time, driving along Lincoln twice a day on most days... So it wasn't her which is good but I hope for a speedy recovery for whoever did end up getting hit.
