Though, the puddles never looked that gross and toxic. I had a conversation with one of the project managers a month ago after a storm, they were sandbagging and making preparations to carry the water to a holding tank. Water is also eroding the hillside. They certainly have had time to make improvements if their efforts were not working. Annoying.
