		<description>I lived in the Presidio 5 years prior to the hospital redevelopment and this little area just outside the 15th AVE gate always generates huge puddles during rain storms. Though, the puddles never looked that gross and toxic.</description>

		<description>Annoying. I had a conversation with one of the project managers a month ago after a storm, they were sandbagging and making preparations to carry the water to a holding tank. Water is also eroding the hillside. They certainly have had time to make improvements if their efforts were not working.</description>
