And after a grueling day, who wants to cook? Not me. I love looking forward to what's on the menu for the next week. Always a surprise. And I know I'm getting healthy, organic, local produce. A soup that warms the stomach and the conscience! Of course, in the spirit of full disclosure, I'm the mom....but you take my word for it: the soup is the kind of soup you used to get at your grandmother's (that's if she was an incredible cook, which mine was.)
