Last weekend, about 15 volunteers gathered at Muriel Leff Mini-Park on 7th Avenue for a workday. Many of the volunteers were Lincoln High School students.
Neighborhood Parks Council Coordinator Matt Silva sent over video and photos from the event. I absolutely love the testimonial from one of the volunteers at the 1:00 mark (“volunteering is like dirt therapy”).
