On Sunday, the San Francisco Model Yacht Club hosted Steam Up 2010, their second annual “All Steam Power” Model Boat Regatta at Spreckels Lake in Golden Gate Park.
Lots of steam-powered model boats where on display, and some impressive vessels made their way around parts of the lake. There was even one minor collision on the water, but no damage done. The tug boats were particularly impressive – one of them could really move!
