Overnight closures of Park Presidio/Hwy 1 to Golden Gate Bridge, Nov. 4 – 7

Some more road closures for the Presidio Parkway project…

For three nights beginning tomorrow, Thursday, November 4, the ramp from northbound Highway 1/Park Presidio Boulevard to northbound Highway 101/Doyle Drive will be closed between the hours of 11:59 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.

The closures begin at Lake Street and Park Presidio. To access the Golden Gate Bridge during the closures, approach through the Presidio by entering at Arguello, 14th Avenue or 25th Avenue.

During the closures they will finalize the elevation of the temporary support structures (falsework) over northbound Hwy 1 in order to construct the new southbound high viaduct bridge. The closures are necessary to ensure traffic safety as crews will be working over the highway lanes.
