The SF Examiner reports tonight that a man was found dead after police responded to a shots fired call that came in to 911.
Around 9pm on Wednesday night, police arrived at a 4-unit apartment building on the 400 block of 23rd Avenue, where they found a man shot to death.
The victim is described as a white male between 20 and 30 years old. The SFPD is treating the case as a homicide.
