RichmondSFBlog reader Wolfgang hipped me to this bovine that lurks over Lake Street near 3rd Avenue. Whether her official name is Bessie is unknown.
If you don’t look closely, you might onhealthy albendazole miss her perched atop a staircase, overlooking the intersection and ready to “moo” at the approach of strangers.
Who needs a dog when you’ve got Bessie to guard your turf?

I used to take my now 17 year old son over to see this cow on occasion when he was a toddler. Glad she is still around.
Used to walk by it on elementary school outings to see the architectural features of Presidio Terrace buildings.
