Oakland rapper Philthy Rich + two others arrested on Clement, Sunday night

Last night, the Rockit Room hosted a concert by Oakland rapper Phillip Beasley (aka Philthy Rich). According to a SFPD press release, plainclothes officers of the Violence Reduction Team arrested three men on Sunday night, including the headlining artist.

The first arrest of the night came at 10:30pm when Samuel Burns III, 33, arrived at the Rockit Room. He was detained for not wearing a seatbelt in the passenger seat of a car that brought him to the concert. When he could not supply ID, officers did a records check and discovered he had warrants out of Marin and Contra Costa counties. Burns is Beasley’s promoter/producer.

At 11:15pm, Dennis Walker, 29 of Antioch was arrested after SFPD approached him during a suspicious vehicle stop. Walker, a passenger, jumped from the vehicle and officers engaged the suspect in a foot pursuit that ended on 5th Avenue at California. Officers detained Walker and recovered a semi-automatic handgun.

Simultaneously, a 1991 GMC Yukon fled the scene at a high rate of speed, which crashed into a wall at 6th Avenue and Presidio. The driver and another passenger, both males, fled the scene. After an intensive search, officers were unable to locate the driver and remaining passenger.

Phillip Beasley (aka Philthy Rich), 29 was the last one arrested at 1:30am early Monday morning after he attempted to drive away from the Rockit Room in a 2011 black Bentley with Nevada plates that had been reported stolen out of Las Vegas. A record check revealed that Beasley was on felony probation for firearms possession.

Beasley was booked on stolen vehicle and receiving stolen property charges. In addition to the outstanding warrants, Burns was charged with DUI (warrant), and Walker was charged with various firearms-possession violations.

Thanks to cub reporter David H. for the tip.

  1. So that’s why the police officers were buzzing my apartment and had to access my basement at 2:30am. I was wondering what they were searching for.

  2. Rockit Room is a pathetic cesspool, and as of right now, I am going to do everything I can to get it closed DOWN. I am sick and tired of gangbangers and other lowlife that hang outside of that place messing up this neighborhood!

Rockit Room, you are on notice! The game is over! NO more chances! I have already talked to 3 police officers about this place (over the last year); they nod in complete agreement when I bring up my fervent wish that Rockit Room simply go away. A number of locals that I have spoken to about this also agree.

Oh yeah: “Oakland rapper Phillip Beasley (aka Philthy Rich)” = loser!

I would suggest writing a letter to the Richmond Police Station captain. I will find other venues for complaint, tomorrow, and post them here. This is going way up on my list of local priorities, right near the top.

  3. phil, quit trying to be so computer tough..not all problems come from just that club.there staff an security is more on top than any other club/bar in the neighborhood..sure no one condones crap like what happened lastnight.i’ve been to rockit room an the other bars in the neighborhood an ive seen people walk out of these bars (names i wont say) with pitchers of beer an drinks..which i’ve seen rockit put a halt on anyone who even attempts to take out a cup of water..i hope the venue stays i love live music..

  4. I hope the people who have been laughing and saying “silly NIMBYs!” about the concerns of HUNDREDS of residents of the neighborhood about the after-hours activity at Jack in the Box will wake up now and realize that this is why we have been concerned.

We KNOW our neighborhood. We know what is happening on our streets. That’s why we begged Eric Mar and the Entertainment Commissio to close down Jack in the Box from 2-4 a.m. Unfortunately, the Commission ignored Eric Mar’s request on behalf of some 1500 Richmond district residents who signed their names and addresses to a petition. (how rare is that?!)

A resident of the Richmond district — that is, a neighbor to all of us — was very nearly killed on Thanksgiving as the result of an “encounter” at jack in the box.

We now have absolute proof that we have people coming into our neighborhood from out of town –as Capt. Sanford told the CPAB months ago — who are very dangerous and armed.

If you think that two unarmed hired security guards standing in jack in the box at 2:30 in the morning are going to step in and disarm someone in an argument who has pulled out a semi-automatic weapon and “protect” the patrons and employees of JITB, you’re smoking some great stuff.

More likely, the guards and other innocent bystanders who happened to be in the way would be killed.

Maybe some people think that being able to buy a cheap taco at 2 a.m. is far more important than doing whatever necessary to prevent a murder at a location that has been a known magnet for violence for years. Audrey Joseph, the President of the Entertainment Commission clearly stated in the meeting before she and all but one Commissioner totally ignored the advice of Supervisor Mar and his constituents.

“NIMBY” stands for “not in my backyard.” Seems to me we all need to become “NIMBYs” in a hurry — unless you really want the Richmond district, which has always been one of the safest areas of S.F. — “the Richmond district” to become as violent as Richmond itself.

  5. Thanks to the SFPD for their fine work in keeping the Richmond safe. I am a little frustrated with Sue Fry. You cannot seriously turn the Rockit Room incident into a platform about the Jack in the Box. Get a life. Jack in the bOx did not cause the incident at the Rockit Room and it did not cause the incident on Thanksgiving Day. While you are at it why don’t you blame the gas station for the incident on Thanksgiving since they were open as well. As a matter of fact, lets blame the car dealer for selling the vehicle to the thug who ran down our innocent neighbor. Don’t turn this Rockit Room problem into your crusade against Jack in the Box. Focus on the real problem….the bars and clubs of the Richmond District. They serve to minors, serve to intoxicated persons, turn a blind eye to fights, and allow mayhem in our neighborhood. This is not about Jack and it is not about you.

  6. I have lived in the neighborhood for about 8 years, but recently I have walked by the rockit room and felt uncomfortable with the people standing outside.

It might be because of the fact that I saw someone shoved that was walking to close the people outside smoking. The guy was just walking along the sidewalk and assaulted for it. Mind you this was at like 8:30pm on a week night. Sucks because Clement has always felt safe for me even during the night. I never see that type of crowd outside of the bitter end.

  7. Clement St. is now the new North Beach. They’ve ruined that neighborhood and it is now unsafe for any real San Franciscan to travel at night. Homophobia and misogyny rule the night there. Perhaps a more productive way to gain some traction would be to call up or write the insurance company that is insuring the Rockitt room and let them know of all of the crime happening there. I work in the industry and this could be means for dropping their policy. Without insurance, they would be forced to close.

  8. @Barry G, I totally agree with your opinion. You can’t blame the business for the crime that’s happening, its the idiots who are actually causing the problem.
@sue fry, I admire your effort to try to make this neighborhood better, but your gonna piss a lot of the people in the richmond district too with you actions.
Clement st is still safer than other part of the city. How about walking down Ellis st at 2am? And when was the last time someone got actually killed or died in our neighborhood? Does anybody have stats on where all the violent crime comes from in our city?

  9. I was happy to see all the police action on this situation while they were arriving/ leaving the actual bar that is the root of this particular problem, instead of the next spot they go to! Thank you Richmond PD! And the hoodlums in this case seemed to make it just a bit too easy to the police! Perhaps the venue will realize that they are the focus on the SFPD, and they won’t be able to book shows like this, that draw in both performers, their managers and friends who are ALL trouble.

  10. And here we go.

I am absolutely sick and tired of people beating on the Rockit Room. I have been going there for years on a weekly basis, sometimes twice a week. In that entire time, there have been only two incidents that warranted bouncer intervention that I have seen, and that is VERY good compared to the other bars in the neighborhood. The crowds there are usually very well behaved.

Shows like this are often set up through a promoter. That promoter goes and gets a band/group, and then promotes the group. The Rockit Room is probably not doing criminal background checks on the group the promoter gets; I have heard rumors that the promoter involved in this incident has been asked not to return. The VAST VAST majority of the time this is a safe and fun bar.

The people who go to the Jack in the Box and cause problems do NOT come from this bar. There are a NUMBER of bars on Geary that are well known as places where people go to get completely wasted; Ireland’s 32 and Buckshot being only two. The crowds from those bars are generally VERY young and VERY drunk. I have seen cops outside those places on numerous occasions; I have seen officers arresting people and have witnessed two fights myself outside of THOSE places just walking by randomly one evening in the ten years I have been in the neighborhood.

So, Phil, you can wag your finger all you want behind your machine; there are a lot of people who love that place and will fight against people trying to shut it down or cause problems for it. The Rockit Room is an integral part of our community.. Monday Nights has Salsa there on two floors, for example, and I personally know of people who drive there from SACRAMENTO and NAPA to go dancing on a weekly basis; it is actually known internationally through tour books and websites for the dance classes that take place regularly there.

It’s time that many of us who support these clubs step up and defend them from people who want to shut them down. The Rockit Room is a GEM in the Richmond District and needs to be defended from NIMBYs at all costs.

  11. I usually stay out of these discussions but have to chime in. I’ve been to several events at Rockit Room and have not had a problem.

Our neighborhood is growing and changing, like many neighborhoods in this city. I like being able to go out for a drink or a show without having to hoof it across town.

Kudos to the cops for doing their best protecting our neighborhood – it sounds like these guys would have been busted eventually, it just happened here because the cops were monitoring the area.

  12. Kinda krazy to stop a dude because he has no seatbelt on. It’s like saying, “if you’re black coming into the inner richmond, we baddass heat will stop you and check your record.” a lot of people of various pigmentations have warrants and pack gats, but the heat doesn’t stop every whitey to check for it. if they did, there’d be a lot of arrests.

  13. @beltless I got pulled over for not wearing a seat belt on 4th ave and cornwall and I am white. I was moving my car from one parking spot to another that was only a block away…..

  14. @jp ive seen many fights come out of bitter end an 540 dirty trix fizzies..open yer eyes, not just hood rats fight’n but yer drunk college kids too..i stand up for all these bars in the neighborhood..an outta all
of them i’d have to say rockit room has the best security..an did’nt one of buckshots employee’s get busted for dealing drugs…..

  15. Just one question: How the HELL do you tweet from jail, like this guy?

  16. re: Damage Said,
@Barry G, I totally agree with your opinion. You can’t blame the business for the crime that’s happening, its the idiots who are actually causing the problem.

Dear Damage, WHAT? you can’t blame the business? I suggest you take some time to learn a bit about the law, the licensing and permitting process for bars and entertainment venues in this city.

How is it that you don’t understand that everyone in an area – including businesses that are there to make money from the people living there — to operate safely and follow all the laws and regulations. If there are activities going on at a club or in a house or yes, at a gas station, you report it and have it dealt with — you don’t let it escalate. How do you think neighborhoods are ruined?

  17. Dear Damage and Barry G.:

You can ask the Richmond station police for any stats you want. They hold a meeting every month at the Richmond station community room expressly so the public can come and talk about anything that is of concern to them.

If you believe that any business in the Richmond precinct is a problem or attracting violence, please report it.

I sometimes get the feeling that some of you think that guns and violence are hip and just a “normal” part of life. I hope you will seriously think about where that attitude will lead…what the effects will be on your neighborhood in a very short time. Living in fear is not interesting. Living in a neighbohood where people are carrying Semi-automatic weapons is not something to aspire to.

If you do, you can do that in Oakland and Richmond. Please move there and do not import that hell into the Richmond, where I have lived safely all my life and would like to continue to do so.

If Capt. Sanford, who was Capt. of the Richmond station told the CPAB about two months ago that an on-duty POLICE OFFICER was assaulted IN the RockIt room about 3 months ago, had to be treated for injuries to the head. If that doesn’t tell you there is a problem, you’re not paying attention. Or perhaps you think the Capt. was lying?

If you believe that the Abbey and the other bars you mentioned are causing problems, or unsafe environment, then you should let the police know that.

I have been a member of the Community Police Advisory Board since it began over two years ago and at our meetings each month, the Capt. goes over activity during the past month. None of the bars you name has ever been mentioned to us a being a problem — where other businesses have. This is not to say that there have been no calls in the last two years but that, to my knowledge, there have not been ongoing, serious problems.

I do not know of any complaints about, or incidents of violence that have ever occurred at the Shell station — this is definitely not the case for the Jack in the Box (if you have been paying attention to the many articles and comments that have been posted here on the subject).

  18. Dear beltless: We have a law that reqires drivers to wear seatbelts.

. It is a law just like making an illegal turn, speeding, using your cellphone, driving under the influence.

So — why is it “kinda crazy”? Are you suggesting that the police should NOT enforce the laws on the books? That THEY should pick and choose which ones they are going to enforce? If they were allowed to do that — wouldn’t that scare you?

    It should.

  19. Mrs. Fry,

Please get your facts straight. The on-duty officer was not assaulted in Rockit Room. It was another bar a few blocks away from Rockit Room. If you truly claim to represent the neighborhood, please do not make slanderous and reckless remarks that could easily be avoided by a simple check of the facts. I truly believe that you mean to do good, and that you do have the neighborhoods best interest in mind, but incorrect statements like this undermine your efforts and tarnish your dignity. Learn the facts before you make public statements = common sense. Please Apply.

  20. I live a block away from the rocket room. I went in there once to see some really bad amature comedy but and a couple times to watch the warriors, but dont have much interest in the people or events that go on there. With that said, they seem like a fine neighbor. Im not particulary a fan of any of the bars in our neighborhood. They are either, faux-punk, college vibe or duder-broculture,but its fine that they are there. No one here has pointed to any consistant patern of illegal activity or violence. If we called the cops or tried to outlaw something evertyime it made us uncomfortable, the city would be pretty fucking boring.

  21. My suspicion about the arrests were that the cops knew, probably by coming to the Rockit Room, that these guys were going to be playing, and were on the lookout for these guys either showing up or leaving. The Rockit Room certainly promotes upcoming events on flyers and their website and so some enterprising cop probably saw a poster and thought, “Hey, isn’t that dude wanted?” If so, it’s a great way to catch a criminal…

  22. Dear Sue Fry
I’m just stating my piece of opinion just like everyone else here.
I think jitb is operating safely. I don’t think they did anything to provoke the violence, they just happen to be open for business late at night so they can cater to everybody and anybody who feels hungry at that moment.
I appreciate your thought on how I should take some time and learn more about the law and licenses, but no thanks. I don’t have time like some people who writes a novel ( 3 consecutive comments?!) to respond to some comment on a blog. I need to spend my time getting drunk, drive down to jitb or rockit room, bust a couple shots with my ak47 and get it crackin in the ‘hood. Thug life baby.

  23. Dear Ben, Please tell me when I have ever claimed to “represent the neighborhood” except as a resident of 30 years, and one of some 1500 residents and business owners who requested that the JITB be closed between 2 a.m.- 4 a.m. — which as a percentage of total residents of the Richmond does “represent” a pretty sizeable group.

I am very concerned always about stating the facts correctly. Capt. Sanford himself, in person, told me and the other members at our regular monthly meeting 3 or 4 months ago (I could check the record) that one of his officers had been assaulted and sustained a head injury in the RockIt Room that required treatment. I am not the only one who was at the meeting and heard it; other people can verify we were told this.

So — are you certain that you are correct? Because if what Capt. Sanford told us was not true, that is certainly cause for concern.

  24. Dear Damage, Please show me where I have ever said that JITB has done anything to “provoke the violence.” I have posted many times — in response to comments like this — that I do not believe JITB CAUSES any of these problems. Once again, I believe, along with hundreds of residents of the Richmond district — that their location and opening hours make them a magnet that attracts violence and problems. There is a significant difference. And yes, I have posted multiple times. It is necessary to clarify what I have said when people miquote me or “misconstrue” what I have written..

  25. I am going to go ahead and post this:

    http://www.yelp.com/biz/salsacrazy-mondays-san-francisco

This is a review of the Monday nights that happen at the Rockit Room. As you can see, the average person thinks this is a very safe place to go; the classes have been going on there for 3 years now, and the place is absolutely packed with dancers from all over the bay area.

I have met people there from all over the world (italy, London, Kenya) who have heard about this place and who make it a destination spot when they come to San Francisco because of the dancing there.

I post this to point out that the Rockit Room is a true GEM; it is one of the places that makes San Francisco a great city, something that actually helps to put us on the map and is an attraction for people from all over the world, literally, for some of the shows that go on there. It’s the sort of place that should be celebrated for the diversity of crowds and music . If there is a problem because of some patrons, I have always seen the security there work to bring the situation under control very quickly and professionally.

There are a lot of people in the Bay area who love this place and want to make sure it continues to operate. And in fact I would suggest people who are skeptical about this place to show up for a show and see for yourself.

  26. Mrs. Fry

I am certain. I am also certain that Capt. Sanford did not say that. Please check facts.

  27. I am a little concerned about how the first suspect was apprehended.

Approached by officers for not wearing a seat belt? Seriously? Is it a crime to be black in the Richmond?

And furthermore, what is the rockit room thinking? It doesnt take a genius to do a little background check on the performers in your club.

  28. Isn’t it illegal to not wear your seatbelt? I do remember the CHP motto “Click it or Ticket.” If a belt selt law aprehended a man with warrants, I am all for it. And my girlfriend has 2 seat belt tickets by SFPD (1 California St…and 1 Anza St) to prove they are not targeting based on color. She is extremely white, almost albino really. Stop with the race card.

  29. I am all for tickets for not wearing seat belts and for people who are talking on their cell phone and/or texting. I don’t care where in SF or what race you are – you commit those crimes and I think you should be ticketed. It’s a safety issue.
I do think that JITB should be closed from 2-4a.m. as it has a demontrably poor track record with calls/complaints, etc. I’m not sure the Rockit Room (or the Shell Station) has received as many calls or complaints. Yet.
I don’t particularly want a thug-attracting bar in the neighborhood, but maybe that’s because I’m a 32 year-old married white lady and that’s not my scene. I do want a taqueria! A yummy one!

  30. Barry G: The reason I play the race car in this instance is because the post states ” upon arrival at the Rockit Room”, meaning he had already arrived at his destination when officers decided to point out the fact that he was not wearing his seatbelt. Furthermore HE WAS IN THE PASSENGER SEAT. I am aware of seat belt laws….while you are driving on the road. However, if an officer had written me a ticket once I had already arrived at my destination ( in the passenger seat nonetheless) You bet I would be seeing that officer in court…wouldnt you refute such a borderline offense?

However, with the little facts provided in the article, its hard to tell what exactly happened.

J’s comment at #21 seems to hit it on the head; these officers were clearly seeking these young men out.

  31. So the guys with warrants, stolen vehicles, rap sheets, and loaded firearms are now the victims? Wow….this world is truly f’ed up.

  32. @Sue Fry..the officer was assaulted at Buckshot on Geary!!!You are truly clueless. I asked the PD for officer assaults at Rock-it Room.Tjere have been zero. None. You don’t know squat.

  33. Dear Barry, thank you, again, for your very polite and courteous posting. You asked “the PD” — may I ask who you spoke with? Because I will contact Captains Sanford and Vintero tomorrow, and I would like to tell them who said that it was not at the RockIt Room, as was reported to the CPAB.

  34. I’ve attended the Salsa classes at the Rockit Room. “Dangerous” and “cesspool” were not words that came to mind.

It seems to me that the police did their jobs handily. Guy with a stolen car arrives; guy gets arrested. Really, what’s the issue?

  35. No, Ben, If I “simply misheard” it, then so did every other member of the CPAB. Perhaps it is you who “misheard.” I am waiting to hear from Capt. Vintero.

  36. Ben: I note that you have not responded to my question about who at the police dept. you spoke with who told you that the incident was at The Buckshot.

  37. The reason I did not respond is because I am not the person who spoke to the police department. That would be Barry G. a mere 6 threads ago. Wow!

  38. I would hope that the Rockit Room’s owners will learn from this – keep the events that are good, stop hosting events that bring in a more criminal element. The old Gravity in the Marina also hosted Rap nights, and there was a shooting one night… not by or of the people who live in the area, but by people who came in for the event. The criminal element is NOT welcome in my neighborhood & I’m very glad the SFPD was aware of the event & quick to use the tools they had to get the bad guys. If his ONLY issue was a seatbelt, and not outstanding warrants – the guy would have had a ticket. It’s not the SFPD’s fault that this group of people feel they are above the law that applies equally to all of us! And for the guy who was in a stolen car…. hello dude! They picked you because they ran the plates of an out of state car that is not regually seen in the area!

  39. Dear Ben, Apologies for confusing you with Barry G.

Barry G. I confirmed with two other members of the CPABthat we were told by Capt. Sanford who has been replaced by Capt. Vintero, that the officer was assaulted in the RockIt Room. I have also just had an email from the police that they have record of any such incident at the RockIt Room, but that an officer was assaulted in the Buckshot last December, so you are correct in what you said — as I am about having said that is what we were told by the Captain Sanford (who is no longer captain of our district)..

  40. Wow sue, not only is reading fundamental in your case, moreover a heaping dose of civility AND common sense.
When apologizing, it is Never appropriate to tell the wronged party that they were indeed correct when they were telling you this all along. Just apologize for your mistake and shut up.

  41. The reason I am certain Capt. Sanford did not say that is because I was there at the meeting. While describing the incident, he did not mention the name of any bar. He referred to the bar in question as, “This particular bar”. Officer Moore then proceeded, after Capt. Sanford concluded his remarks on said incident, to give his report on the Rockit Room. Had Capt. Sanford actually made the remarks you claim, I would have refuted them right then and there. These are facts.

The reason I make issue with this is because, despite what you have commented, you do represent the neighborhood. The fact that you are on the CPAB proves that. I realize that anyone is welcome to attend, but you have the actual inclination and desire to do it. You would not invest the time in this unless you felt you were representing the greater good of our community, and that is commendable.

Slanderous and reckless remarks made without being supported by facts coming from a person in your position can do more harm than you realize. You have the ear of certain people and members of the community that hold sway over other peoples livelihood. This is nothing to be taken lightly. Please tread more carefully in the future.

    Sincerely,

    Ben

  42. Making progress on getting the Rockit room to DEAL with the lowlife that hang outside and crowd the sidewalk – making OBSCENE gestures and noises into the wee hours. I am also making progress on getting actions taken against other bars that permit this abuse.

Either these bars are going to comply with 1) noise ordinances; 2) letting residents out for a walk proceed unhassled – and that means through an *unblocked* sidewalk; 3) littering on the walks; 4) bringing in acts that draw scum into our neighborhoods (you know who you are), OR they are going to be 1) fined; 2) closed down; 3) have insurance companies notified with *photos* and *sound recordings* for evidence. Last, they are going to be held responsible for sousing up their customers to the point of total inebriation, because the SF District Attorney’s office is being asked to start asking where a person drank last when they are stopped for potential DUI. Anyone with an imagination can guess where that’s going to lead. Can you spell l-a-w-s-u-i-t?

The behavior that has begun to creep into our neighborhood, brought here by lowlife “hipsters” is going to stop, or – guess what – your favorite watering hole, you know, the one where you hang out with your homies all night and then shout (waking people at 3AM) as you stagger home and/or and drive drunk your way home…is going to 1) lose its insurance; 2) receive continuing, unrelenting pressure from the community; 3) lose their liquor license; 4) receive fines; 5 be placed under closer police surveillance so that scofflaws are promptly removed from the scene.

Last, if you think this is just “tough talking” from a keyboard, you had better tighten your seatbelt, because I KNOW how the process works, and how to use it to keep a neighborhood safe.

As much as I respect Ms. Fry, she has been too measured with the people who commit these abuses, and permit them to happen (the bar owners). No more Mr. Nice guy! I am “up to hear” with what I see when I walk down Clement and Geary after hours; and I have had it with incremental warnings while the Richmond goes to hell because 10% of the patrons who are LOWLIFE can’t be controlled by these establishments.

There’s a LOT of money in the clubs – selling drinks is high margin. If these bar and club owners can’t get their act together – and get REALLY FIRM – with the 10% of their patrons who are screwing up this neighborhood, then they are going to get CLOSED DOWN, one way, or another.

Owners: you need to 1) *keep these creeps out of your clubs and bars*, and create a hotline among yourselves to notify nearby clubs of the identity of certain persons known to cause trouble. 2) ZERO tolerance for outside sidewalk noise. You do NOT own the sidewalk in front of your club; it’s public property; treat it as such; 3) MONITOR your patrons for inebriation, and refuse to serve them more drinks; if they are seen drinking from a friends glass after that, or someone else buys them a drink, throw them BOTH out, and ask them never to return. 4) Let your patrons know that you mean business. 5) Let your patrons know that your club or bar is a place to have *responsible* fun – fun that doesn’t impinge on the rights or safety of others.

That, is a promise. Now, sit back and watch city processes start to take hold of this situation.

I thank the police for all their hard, thankless work. Now, we are going to start to see other actions begin to take hold. I hope the bar owners and the Rockit Room folk are reading this, and take heed. You have been warned.

Get the scum out of your bars, and off the sidewalks in the evening. Keep the noise down. Refuse drinks to inebriated patrons. Fail to do that, and I will personally see to it that you end up paying attorney fees AND losing your business, faster than you can say Johnny Walker!

  43. Seat belt laws apply to all persons in the vehicle. You are right though, the article is vague.

  44. I am going with Punxsutawney Phil here. Nicely put, Phil. Active vigilance is a sign of care and committment. We all need to support the appropriate people and processes. I have worked and or lived in the Richmond (Park-Presidio!!!) for over 50 years and it is still a great area. Let’s work together with the commin goal of keeping safe all the best of this neighborhood. Let’s start by dumping the (often sullied) name “Richmond”!!!

  45. Niggas hating on some real street niggas out there trying to eat…. Stop snitching do your time if you do the crime….
