Academy Free Days are back!
This weekend, October 2-4, residents in the 94115, 94118, 94121, and 94129 zip codes get in free to the California Academy of Sciences in Golden Gate Park. Each visiting adult is limited to six children for free entry.
If you plan to take advantage of free admission, be prepared to show one of the following documents as proof of residency:
– Postmarked envelope, postcard, or magazine label with name and date
– Valid driver’s license or ID card
– Utility bill (gas/electric/cable), bank statement, or letter from a government agency that has your name and home address (not a P.O. Box)
The Academy of Sciences is open from 9:30am to 5pm on Friday and Saturday, 11am to 5pm on Sunday. And if you don’t make it in free this weekend, you can always go free on the third Wednesday of every month.
