<p>Update: Thanks to commenter John for the tip that this house sold in June for $330,000 (<a href="http://www.trulia.com/homes/California/San_Francisco/sold/7060288-1720-Anza-St-San-Francisco-CA-94118">Trulia</a>). As he said, it probably won&#8217;t be there much longer&#8230;</p>
