I’m so glad to see the sun again in the Richmond. For the past few weekends I’ve posted the forecast with this roundup, but shocker, it never turns out to be correct! So I’ll just tell you what’s going on this weekend in the Richmond and leave the weather to Mother Nature. 😉

SFC Double Dutch, comprising three-quarters of the street-savvy jumping troupe Double Dutchess, conducts weekly Double Dutch classes for adults and kids at CELLspace and Studio Gracia. Summertime brings the ladies outdoors for “Jump in Golden Gate Park,” to offer a rare experience for everyone: a taste of the instruction they provide in fresh air and a green setting, minus the class fee.

Every month the museum invites artists to install and demonstrate their art form at the de Young. During their residency, Meklit Hadero and Todd Brown transform the Kimball Gallery into an ongoing interactive installation. The artists hope to spark the creative process in visitors and inspire them to think about their own personal surroundings. More info
