Last fall, I stumbled upon “Modern Relics”, a unique boutique and gallery at Cabrillo near 8th Avenue. Owner Alix Blüh and her dog, Jack, greeted me warmly and showed me around the store which features old fashioned, intricate displays that mesh intriguing objects with lovely, handcrafted jewelry.
