Last night, followers of Supervisor Eric Mar on Twitter received a strongly-worded tweet from the usually mild-mannered politician:
A visit to the Twitter page of @aswu2001 reveals a protected profile of what appears to be an Asian woman in Cary, North Carolina. But this is the internet folks, so that could also be a 50 year old man in Tulsa…
The tweet was removed not long after, and Mar confirmed this morning that his account was hacked:

So I guess he won’t be using ‘HappyMeal’ as his password anymore…
hacked my ass. People in the public eye needs to stop using that as an excuse every time something they meant to be shared privately came out public. I’m sure the original tweet was said jokely between friends. Next time get your mention tags in front of the sentence, Mars.
It may or may not have been hacked, regardless… someone needs to work on their geography since Cary is not in the Outer Bank but outside Raleigh :).
When does he introduce legislation to ban Twitter hackers? lol
