Yay, we won, but a bunch of smokers walked by afterward throwing butts all over and one let their dog shit on the street and didn’t clean it up. Mar or Lee needs to do something about this. It’s disgusting. And men hit on me when I am on the bus. Leave me alone. And people walk by screaming at 2 AM. Shut up! Go Giants, but be polite. I got woken up by honks afterwards.
Now THAT was a nail biter of a game!!
Yes it was Derek, but such a lovely ending!
I’ve been watching baseball many more years than I’m going to admit to, and in saying this, I must note that I think the Giants run to the World Series crown was probably the most improbable one I’ve witnessed to date, when I think of what the Giants endured en route to the championship. First, the were battling the Dodgers for a good portion of the season. Their ace Lincecum wasn’t his usual self most of the season. Then there was the distractive loss of Cabrera. Despite all of this, they went on to win the NL West, where they went on to put themselves in deep holes in the playoffs to Cincy and St. Louis. It was an amazing run by a team that evidently doesn’t know the meaning of the word quit. Congrats to San Francisco and its 2 out of the last 3 years World Series Champs Giants. Job well done.
Susan. Susan. Susan. Why are you here. Have you forgot the joys of living in America’s finest city? Have you forgot what it’s like to be a woman? Do you have a pulse? Go giants!
Sorry Double e–I side with Susan.
this is a picture from 2 years ago…unless detroit wears red and burrell came back
Tom, I do believe you are right. Not to mention, Posey is not wearing a black shirt under his jersey and it was wet and cold in Detroit Sunday night and Posey had this on during his home run in the 6th.
@tom & @mel – I was testing you! Ha, not just kidding 🙂 Thanks for catching, updated with a REAL pic from Sunday night. Go Giants!
@Susan T – This is really not the thread to discuss these types of things. So please refrain, otherwise I will remove your comments. Thanks

Susan, I think the Dodgers may very well welcome you as a fan.
