Lovely – but if it was taken before 6am, the photographer is a criminal and subject to arrest just for being in the park. Last week, by a 6-to-5 vote, Supervisor Weiner’s legislation makes it illegal btw. midnight and 6am for any citizen to enjoy any of Golden Gate Park’s 1017 acres. Weiner is the same creep who tried to change the City Charter two years ago to allow the Board of Supes to overturn the public’s vote.
