On Saturday, May 16, Star of the Sea School is hosting their 42nd annual Spring Festival.
A popular tradition in the neighborhood, the festival features food, games, crafts, a bouncy house, live entertainment, electronic pony rides (11am-2pm) and more.
Especially popular is the Touch-A-Truck area (10am-2pm), where city trucks from the police, fire and public works departments are on display for kids to play with.
Admission to the festival is free, and tickets are available on site for food and games. $10 buys you unlimited access to the Touch-A-Truck area.
The festival runs from 10am until 4pm on 8th Avenue between Clement and Geary.
