Reader Kooba sent us this photo of a sizeable sinkhole that opened up on 33rd Avenue near Balboa.
It was patched a couple of months ago with some blacktop, but sank again in the last couple of days.
It’s been reported to 311 so here’s hoping they close it up soon – at least before a bike or car get swallowed up!

repaired? filled in would be more correct. i’m not sure it has been fixed. i think they are just waiting to see how long the fill lasts.
