According to the Examiner (via Caltrans), lane closures will take place this week during a traffic-signal upgrade project. In the Richmond, lanes will be closed at Anza, Balboa, Cabrillo, California, Clement and Geary. Various southbound lanes will be closed between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday; northbound lanes of 19th Avenue will be closed between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Caltrans crews will limit their closures to one lane at a time to lessen the impact on traffic.
If you’re headed south of Golden Gate Park, you may also encounter closures at Judah, Kirkham, Lawton, Noriega, Ortega, Pacheco, Quintara, Rivera, Taraval, Junipero Serra Boulevard and Lincoln Way.
