This breaks my heart because I can’t imagine if my faithful Richmondsfblog intern, Chelsea, ever got lost. If you live in the outer Richmond, keep an eye out for Carmine. Let’s hope he’s back in Missy’s purse soon.

CARMINE – Balboa & 27th Avenue
Carmine was last seen at Balboa & 27th Avenue. He usually stays in the back yards on our block but must have either gotten into someone’s garage/apartment or gotten out into the neighborhood.
