The Planning Association for the Richmond mentioned a couple of upcoming meetings on their website for a new banquet hall that is being considered for 3255 Balboa Street (near 33rd Avenue).
The banquet hall will be used for parties and events and valet parking is proposed as part of the plan.
Tomorrow night, September 15 at 6:30pm, there will be a meeting for neighbors to discuss the proposal. The meeting will be held at San Francisco Institute of English, 3301 Balboa Street (across from the proposed hall). The meeting will be held in the last classroom on the first floor.
Then on Thursday, September 24 at 1:30pm, there will be a public meeting at the Planning Department about the permit to operate the Banquet Hall. The meeting will be held at the Planning Department, 1650 Mission Street, Room #400.
