Here’s a great little video that SF Rec & Park put together about the Golden Gate Park Senior Center located at 6101 Fulton Street and 37th Avenue.
According to Facility Coordinator Vicktor Lee, seniors come from the city itself, as well as places like Mill Valley and even San Mateo to enjoy the fifty plus programs that are available during a typical week. They offer arts and crafts, onhealthy buy prednisone dancing, games (mahjong!), exercise classes and a lot of socializing.

The senior center has been open since 1965. It’s awesome – I hope I’m as active as they are when I hit my golden years!
