RichmondSFBlog reader Cath wrote in to tell us that Books Inc. will be holding a shopping fundraiser for Lafayette Elementary School (Anza & 37th Avenue) this week.
Stop by the store this Thursday night, May 5, and shop between 6pm and 8pm. Books Inc. will donate 20% of all purchases made during the fundraiser hours to the Lafayette Elementary School PTA.
I know in this day of e-books the thought of buying actual books may seem antiquated. But Mother’s Day is coming up and Books Inc. has lots of great gifts and sale books too. 🙂
Books Inc. is located at 3515 California Street in Laurel Village. Stop in this Thursday night to support a local, independent bookstore AND one of the Richmond District’s public schools.
