A two-man crew was in Golden Gate Park near 6th Avenue and Fulton this morning, clearing up a large, fallen branch that snapped on Sunday. Thanks to k9 for sending in the photos. Imagine the crack that must have made when it snapped!

On Saturday, another tree bit the dust at 14th Avenue and Balboa in front of the Bureau Of Jewish Education building at 639 14th Avenue. Miraculously, it looks like the tree fell on areas where no damage was sustained. Thanks to Eric for sending in pics of the crew at work on early Saturday evening.

What the tree looked like on 14th Avenue before its demise.
We were across the street at 6th and Fulton when that huge branch came down. It made a lot creaking and cracking noises right before it fell.
Holy crap, never mind property damage, this could have killed someone!
