The Richmond District YMCA on 18th Avenue is interested in expanding their community based programming. RDYMCA summer fellow Melissa Takaaze asked us to post a community needs survey that helps to identify general family, adult, and children’s programs desired by the Richmond District community.

I went to their comedy fundraiser a few months back. It was the best value for money I’ve ever. I thought it would be two comedians, — think it was 4. And EVERY ONE was really funny (and I’m quite critical.) It was a great crowd, too. This seems to be gaining some fame in CA comedy circles as a fun little event with a good crowd — a good place to try out new materials. I hope it continues. This was my first year attending and I’ll make a point to go again next year!
