Based on Kem Nunn’s novel, Chance is described as a provocative psychological thriller that focuses on Eldon Chance (Laurie), a San Francisco-based forensic neuropsychiatrist who reluctantly gets sucked into a violent and dangerous world of mistaken identity, police corruption and mental illness. Thursday’s filming will take place on 4th Avenue between Clement and Cornwall between 7am and 10pm. Prep work and filming will also take place on Wednesday. No word yet on who will be in the scenes that are shot. During filming, Cornwall between 4th and 5th Avenues will be closed, and some parking spaces will be used by the crew on 5th Avenue.
Chance is expected to make its debut on Hulu in late 2016.
