Presidio Greenbelt Community Meeting | Thursday, July 12 @ 6pm

Richmond Recreation Center, 251 18th Avenue
Supervisor Sandra Fewer has secured a starting budget of $50,000 for improvements to the Park Presidio Greenbelt, which is the stretch of park land along Park Presidio / Highway 1 from Lake Street to Fulton. Thursday’s meeting will be the first in a series of meetings about the area, and will include stakeholders from Rec & Parks, SFPD, and SFDPW. This first meeting will include a panel discussion and an opportunity for attendees to share their ideas for improvements to the Greenbelt, moderated by the Richmond District Neighborhood Center.

Golden Gate Park Dog Training Area – Design Reviews | Monday, July 16 @ 6pm

Golden Gate Park Senior Center, 6101 Fulton Street
Thanks to a $2 million grant from the California Natural Resources Agency, the GGP Dog Area near 39th & Fulton is up for a redesign. At Monday’s meeting, two design concepts based on a community survey will be presented and there will be an opportunity to vote for your preferred design.
