If it was unlawful, those cops would’ve stopped them instead of driving by. Let’s try to not squash all the fun out of the neighborhood. Rad video. Thanks for sharing.
Legal fun is just as “ Rad”! , and they weren’t cop they were rescue personnel, racing ahead to assist thise that got hurt.
