This Tuesday marks the beginning of the bi-weekly run of The Big Quiz Thing live trivia game show at Neck of the Woods (406 Clement).
Think pub trivia that you play with friends, but with a little more glitz, multimedia and comedy. The game, which takes on a more live game show feel, pits teams against each other in a variety of trivia challenges including “figureoutable” trivia questions, the Lightning NITarmsRound, the Text Message Challenge, the Buzzertastic Finale, and even the game’s custom trivia-answer app (bring an iPad if you’ve got one).
Host Noah Tarnow, replete with sparkly dinner jacket, keeps things moving. And there are plenty of prizes to be given away.
We heard good reviews from their “pilot” show back in June, so come out this Tuesday at 7pm (and every other Tuesday at 7pm) to check out the show. Admission is free.

Excellent! This place is amazing…also, every Monday the Neck of the Woods has Salsa lessons from 7-8 and 8:30-9:30, with lots of dancing afterwards.
Love Trivia Nights at the various bars in the hood, will give this a shot.
